ANSWER: SINUS VENOUS THROMBOSIS
The scan shows classic signs of Venous Thrombosis The CT scan shows dense clot sign with direct visualization of a clot in the cerebral veins on the non enhanced CT scan
Absent flow void is noted on all sequences, more so on the T2WI and FLAIR sequences
Contrast study with MR venography confirms these findings.
