T1 hypo T2 hyper lesion seen in the left sylvian fissure, this is an extra axial lesion (so it rules out the options of glioma and tuberculoma). Meningioma also is an extra axial lesion however a solid lesion with hypo/ hypo-intermediate signals on the imaging sequences.
