Findings reveal an extra axial enhancing lesion, with dural tail in the high parietal region, and creeping along the falx, indenting the gyri, with adjacent neuroparenchymal edema. No SSS Thrombosis noted.

Usually meningiomas are globular/ rounded, but enplaque meningiomas have a sheet like creeping appearance, and may be invasive, into surrounding dura/ calvarium.?
