HETEROTOPIA - Nodular Subependymal along right occipital horn of lateral ventricle (heterotopic grey matter tissue seen on all sequences).

Heterotopia is interuption of normal neuronal migration?
Normal neuronal migration starts from ventricles and moves towards the cortex, so any disruption can cause abnormal signal anywhere between the ventricle (subependymal - most common) to subcortical location.
Nodular heterotopia is usually subependymal (as seen here) or subcortical
Diffuse heterotopia is either band heterotopia or lissencephaly
