The lesion is retroperitoneal, and paracaval, puching the abdominal aorta to the left. Enhancement is noted on contrast, with neovascularity arising from the aorta. Encased RT renal arteries are noted.
This lesion is suggestive of a retroperitoneal sarcoma.
