15 F with recurrent abdominal pains. CT done in August, with MRI done in September, a month later, when patient was readmitted with abdominal pain.
Findings reveal enlarged pancreatic body and tail, with a "sausage appearance" noted.
Minimal fluid is seen at the tail of pancreas
Autoimmune pancreatitis was offered as a possibility
* +ve autoantibodies (ANA, RF) were noted
