Final Diagnosis: Lhermitte-Duclos Disease
Not a tumor.
Hamartomatous overgrowth of cerebellar ganglion cells.
Characteristic laminated pattern of cerebellar hemispheric (sometimes vermian) mass lesion.
Rx: Leave alone if asymptomatic. Shunt if hydrocephalus. Definitive Rx: Surgical excision
