TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following terms & conditions before using these services.

1. Indianradiologist.com has teamed up with publishing firms to get you radiology books and CD-ROM’s at an affordable price and cutthroat rates. As this facility is offered to our fellow Radiologists, we wish to stress that we will be offering the best discount rates as compared to current prevailing market rates available at your friendly neighborhood book dealer.

2. This service is offered to members only.

3. Our bookstore has Radiology books and CD-ROM’s on display for purchase. However, if you desire any particular Radiology book/ CD which is not available in our store at present, or a book of any other speciality, please contact the web host, we will help procure the book for you in the same format as mentioned below. You can address your query / requirement to books@indianradiologist.com and we will get back to you.

4. All inquiries are to be directed to books@indianradiologist.com.

5. Services are available only in INDIA.

6. There is no refund policy. Books once ordered cannot be returned or order cancelled.

7. Posting / Handling / Delivery charges are free. However, if you desire any special form of transport / handling / courier methods, those charges will be borne by you.

8. Prices and discounts offered are subject to change without notice.

9. Pricing is also subject to exchange rates (Dollar, Pound & Deutsche Mark). The final price will be mentioned at the time of confirming the order.

10. Once order / inquiry is placed, we will reply back within 3 days to confirm availability and final price available on the book.

11. Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled. The rate mentioned is final. No “bargaining” will be entertained.

12. Books will be delivered within 2 weeks time. If a book is not available, the time required to procure the book will be intimated to you (usually not more than 4-5 weeks). This information will be made available to you prior to you confirming the order.

13. How to order:

Go to Start Shopping and log in using your username and password. Browse through the books / items available in the Store. Prices have been entered in the original tags of dollar/ pound/ DM or Indian Rupees. The section and discount available is mentioned next to the prices. If you wish to find out the final figure payable in Indian Rupees, click on add to cart, to place this item in your shopping tray. The final discounted figure will be made available to you, with the exchange rate applicable on that particular day. You can add/ remove items from this shopping tray. If you wish to confirm the order, you should check out. We will receive your order in the form of an email; the final figure of the book selected will be emailed back to you (this figure is subject to confirmation of book, its latest price, exchange rate applicable). You have to reply back to this email confirming the order, and stating mode of payment -either VPP (if order is less than Rs. 5000 only, or by Check/ demand Draft). Books are sent by VPP only if final price is less than Rs. 5000/-. If VPP, book will be sent immediately, subject to availability. If Check/ DD, book will be sent once we receive the Check/DD This is to be made out for SUJOY RADMART PVT. LTD., payable in Mumbai.

If you want a particular book which is not presently listed, send us your requirement (name of book, edition, author etc, and your e-mail ID and current mailing address for delivery of book). We shall get back to you!

14. Payment format is either by:

(A): VPP.

How does VPP work? This format ensures that you pay only after receiving the books. On confirmation of your order and mode of payment, you will get the books delivered by registered book post at your doorstep by the Indian Postal Service. You have to make the payment to the person delivering the books (postman).

(B): By Demand Draft / Cheque drawn in favor of:
SUJOY RADMART PVT. LTD., payable in MUMBAI

Demand Draft / Cheque has to be sent to us by a secure service, either by Registered Post / Speed Post, or any such service. Indian Radiologist is not responsible for delays or loss of demand draft due to any acts of God, postal inefficiency or any such problem due to which we may not receive the Draft.

(C): No Credit Card Transactions are undertaken.

D) Cash on Delivery (COD)

This mode of payment can be done for payments below Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Only). Once order is confirmed, you have to decide the mode of payment. Once this is decided (DD/CHQ/VPP/COD), and if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), the book will be sent to you, after intimating you of the amount of the book after discount. This payment has to be made to the courier who will deliver this book to you. By this method, you pay only after getting book delivery, and this mode is faster and safer than VPP.

Failure to confirm to the terms / non-payment of dues will result in blacklisting & cancellation of membership from the site, and deletion of your name from all services offered by the site. We will have absolutely no hesitation in displaying the names of those blacklisted on our site!
