Imaging Findings

Cryptococcal Meningitis with Cerebellitis

NB:

It was initially presumed thatpatient who was having meningitis which was presumed on the initial LP as viral. He was on Acyclovir for a few days but not improving. Second LP few days later showed increase pressure and India Ink stain was positive. He also had CSF antigen positive ib CSF. He was also treated later by Amphoterecin B.
