DIAGNOSIS

Diagnosis is Esophageal Duplication Cyst 

Points To Note:

 Duplication is thought to represent a diverticulum of the primitive foregut or an aberr ant recanalization of the gut in embryogenesis.

Cysts are located in the middle or posterior mediastinum.

They may be indistinguishable from a bronchogenic cyst.

CT & MRI show a typical water-density, fluid signal mass.
