This is a young child who presented with inability to put weight on right leg and swelling of the right thigh of 4 weeks duration. There was no history of trauma, fever or sinuses noted. Local temperature was raised. This patient was lost to follow up. Findings include hip subluxation and fracture below trochanteric line with new bone formation (periosteal reaction). What is the diagnosis? You are requested to click on what you feel is the likely diagnosis.
